DYE-300 Computer Hydraulic Servo Pressure Testing Machine

The DYE-300 micro-electro-hydraulic servo pressure testing machine is a high-precision material testing equipment that utilizes a hydraulic power source and servo motor drive, electro-hydraulic servo control technology, and computer data acquisition and processing. It can achieve closed-loop control and automatic detection. It consists of four parts: the testing machine, the oil source (hydraulic power source), the measurement and control system, and the testing instruments. The testing force is 300kN/10kN, and the accuracy level of the testing machine is better than level 0.5.

The DYE-300 microelectromechanical hydraulic servo pressure testing machine can set the loading rate according to the corresponding standards and meets the standard loading rate control indicators for compressive and flexural tests of materials such as cement and concrete under rated test force. It features dynamic display and timely control of load, time, and test curves, as well as a maximum test force holding function.

The testing machine features an integrated structure of the main machine and oil source, with a split-type working space. The anti-bending fixture adopts an integrated springless design, ensuring more accurate test results and meeting the requirements for cement mortar anti-bending tests. The compression part is suitable for compressive tests of cement and concrete, and with appropriate fixtures and measuring devices, it can meet the requirements for concrete splitting tensile tests and static compressive elastic modulus tests.

The testing machine and its accessories comply with the requirements of GB/T2611, GB/T17671, GB/T16826, and GB/T50081 standards.
